CNY was nice, but kinda tiring this year. more visitations. the usual stuffs of bonding and socialising with people. . some whereby you just see them like once a year.of course not missing out on some money, cards and some alcohol many questions and conversations that keeps going on. pretty good catching up with my cousins, going through childhood memories and having a good laugh. went visting with my best peepz, fun stuff going arnd to each other's house. also the visits from other people and of course more questions and comments. like from people who haven seen you for sometime, will start commenting about all the differences about the past and now. it kinda funny hearing the comparisons, and of cos the most important is to go with it and keep smiling. oh and there was this particular conversation with an aunt whom i haven seen for a few years.

A: Happy New Year!
*shakes hand & i gave back the same greeting.
A: wah! so fast, all grow up already.
*points to me
A: this one xinyi rite? so long never see you. how old already arh?
* mummy ans this questions and saes 19+ ...
A: 19 already? still look so much the same when she was young, face never change much...
*tries a smile and suceeds in a polite one.
A: look so young, veri baby-face , veri cute arh you ....
*keeps the smile on ...

WAD??? baby-face? cute? i dun have a particular liking for the word CUTE. why does everyone think i dun look 19? but then again, i never really tried explaining la. i mean what's the point? especially, to the adults ... they seem to alwayz stick to their opinion. haha. owells, might as well let it be ... ...
