Back from bballing on a sunday nite as usual. The past week was hectic. Glad that it over. And the good news is i am done wif my ift project. A huge relief. well, let me recall the events over the 2 days. Last friday was ch's birthdae bbq. I reached at abt 4pm. Only, py, siti and eugene was there. i looked dead tired. cuz i didn't sleep the previous day. But, the fun was onli starting. My weariness weared off soon after. Siti left to meet lin n fart at the toy Toy R us sale. Py left to visit her grandma who lives nearby. So it was left with me, ch and eugene. we started barbequing. we started off with sausages and crabmeats. Guess wad? ch dropped one sausage and crabmeat on purpose! wad a waste. haha. we saw the packet of marshmallow lying on the table so we decided to open it up. the bbqed marshmallow was so nice . we kept eating and realised onli when it was half finished. We were joking and laughing like idiots. Lin, her bro, siti and fart came at arnd 6 along wif the cake. of cuz wifout letting ch see it. Most of the people arrived at arnd 7pm. Sum sec sch friends, outside friends. We intended to play bball at the court but it was being occupied, so we played at the badminton court beside the bbq pits. Space was smaller but it was fun all the same. It was arnd 8pm tat we cut the cake. At 1st we took out the cake that Lh bought. was the small version cake. We sang the birthdae song and she was abt to cut the cake when her face was being smashed into the cake.{ my confession: i was the one the ' criminal' . Sorrie. } After that ch went round chasing evryone trying to smudge their face with cake. Siti was one of them who got it and she came and smudge it on my face. haha. After that we gt on with the real ting. We sang the birthdae song, she made a wish and blew the candles. Went to the community center's toilet wif her to was up properly. Gave her the present that we bought. Was a chain wif a cross and her chinese name engraved on it. Hope she liked the present. We started eating after that. everyone was craze over the fried rice that lin brought. It was superb. Sum pple left at arnd 9+. We manged to finished most of the food. Everyting was nice, the stingrays, chicken wings everting. There was the finale part, where we presented her the songs that we wrote. One in chinese and the other in english. The five of us sang together. It was clearly an overwhelming moment for me. The scene was touching. It was one of the best feeling ever. Started packing up arnd 10+. By the time we finished the lights at the bball was alreadi out. But we still played on despite the dark. It was difficult seeing the ball. We continued all the same. Siti's bro came to fetch her and we left at abt 11+. Seldom nwadays that so many pple could gathered
together. It was a wonderful nite.
